In the current political climate, hate speech and bigotry against specific groups have become alarmingly frequent. The Jewish community is among the most targeted communities, particularly on social media. Antisemitism has left the virtual world and has become more real than ever. That’s why FCAS launched #StandUpToJewishHate, a campaign to spread awareness about the destructive effects of hate speech against Jews and how we can actively combat it. In this blog post, we take a closer look at why #StandUpToJewishHate matters more than ever.

#StandUpToJewishHate: The Blue Square

“2.4% is the size of the Jewish population in the United States, yet Jews are victims of 55% of all religious hate crimes. This spring, we will launch our first multimedia creative campaign; this little blue square will just appear unannounced, interrupting shows, feeds of social media influencers, and beyond.
Igniting conversation and opening America’s eyes to this growing problem.
We are asking for your help, your help in inspiring the change this country needs, your help in sharing the blue square anywhere you can.
And letting the world know there is no room for Jewish hate here anymore.”— #StandUpToJewishHate Foundation to Combat Antisemitism, FCAS

The national campaign called Stand Up to Jewish Hate was founded by Robert Kraft, CEO and Chairman of the Kraft Group and owner of the NFL’s New England Patriots.
